Abstract:
This article examines the issues of introduction of low-intensity irrigation systems that are justified by their efficiency in the use of the conditions of mountain agriculture in Azerbaijan. The author argues that the advantage of low-intensity irrigation technology lies in the fact that at a minimum a small amount of moisture throughout the irrigated area is formed microclimate for more intensive development of plants, thus significantly increases the yield of different types of crops, improved water distribution process ensures uniform distribution scheme concentration etc.

Biography:
Aliyev Zakir Huseyn, was born on 05/03/1949 in the family of an employee. In 1972 he graduated with honors from the mechanical faculty of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. After graduating from ASOA in 1972, represented by a specialist with a higher education, he was sent to work in the Azerbaijan Research Organization (AZINMASH), where he worked as Art. In the period 1975-1994, he worked in various responsible positions head of a sector, head of a laboratory, head of a department, chief technologist, chief engineer of an enterprise, deputy director of a plant, director of a plant, head of a scientific and technical complex creation and implementation of a number of scientific and technical projects and thematic programs for agricultural purposes, including work carried out by a special decree of CM Az.
